Where can I create a Folder and access the Folder options?

Go to:

  • Go to Surveys tab and click on Add Folder
  • Give a name to the new folder and click on Create New Folder
  • Click on Create a New Survey to add surveys in this new folder
  • To access the folder options, go to
  • Surveys tab and click on the folder.
  • Click on the gear icon next to the name of the folder
  • Here you get an option to share the folder with a sub-account, or delete the folder

I have already created Surveys, how can I move or copy Surveys between Folders?

  • Go to Surveys tab and click on the gear icon for the survey you want to move
  • Click on Copy or Move option, and select the folder where you want to move/ copy the survey

I only have a single user account - does this apply to me?

No. This is only for Global Multi-User Accounts.

How can share my survey with others in my company?

The first step is to get a Multi-User account. Please contact sales for pricing on multi-user accounts.
